At home in San Francisco, I find spirituality in a variety of ways…

It could be as simple as watching the sunset at Ocean Beach or walking in the redwoods on Mount Tamalpais.

It could be sitting inside the cavernous Grace Cathedral or attending a meditation class at the San Francisco Zen Center.

I also find a strong sense of spirituality in the community service work I do for Food Runners…I am deeply moved by helping others.
